SHIPPING

All orders placed and paid before 3:30pm (UTC +1) are shipped the same day. Orders placed and paid after 3:30pm will be shipped the next working day.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs differ per country based on the number of items, weight and courier (of your choosing). Please put the desired products in your cart and fill in your address upon checkout (click 'next'), to see specific shipping costs. Shipping on orders above €300,- is free worldwide!

The Netherlands: €4,95 (free shipping on orders > €75,-)
Belgium: €5,95 (free shipping on orders > €75,-)
Germany: €6,95 (free shipping on orders > €100,-),
Other EU countries: starting from €9,95 (free shipping on orders > €150 / €200 / €300 depending on country)
Outside EU: €29,95 (free shipping on orders > €300,-)

DELIVERY

International shipments have a transit time of 2-21 working days. It depends largely on clearance by customs. Transit times to Belgium, France, UK, Germany and Luxemburg (1-2 working days) and most of Western, Middle and Northern Europe (3-5 working days) are a bit shorter.

TAX & CUSTOM CHARGES

Customers outside the EU get an automatically calculated -21% Tax discount after filling in their shipping address on our checkout page. Please notice: we are not responsible for any customs charges. If you hesitate about customs charge, please contact us and we will assist you!

Australian may not exceed 1000 Australian dollars to be free of tax.

US orders are free of tax and import charges up to $800 USD.

Russian orders are free of tax and import charges, but may not exceed €200,- per order/name. Above this amount the order will be returned to sender (that's us!) by Russian customs and you will be held accountable for shipping costs.

Canadian orders are free from tax and custom charges under the CETA agreement (click here).

Israeli customers need to pay customs duty for orders above $75.
