Description

Loved by many and rightly so! In our home you can always find a large jar of Shea Butter which is used and enjoyed by all family members. This "gold" from Africa is healing and nourishing for young and old. It's organic, consists of only 1 ingredient and is so pure that you can even eat it!

Finally we were able to add this wonderful Shea Butter to our shop. Maybe some of you already know Holistic Doula Wendy, or perhaps not at all. Keep reading if you want to know everything about this delicious Shea Butter!

SHEA BUTTER: WHAT IS IT?

Shea Butter is extracted from the Shea nut. This cream-coloured substance has been used in Africa for centuries to treat all kinds of skin conditions, but also for daily care of body and face. The butter is known for its deeply moisturizing effect and is rich in vitamins (A, D, E and F). Good to know: this Shea Butter is bought directly from the source at a women's community in Burkina Faso, Africa.

SHEA BUTTER, BABIES & CHILDREN

Wendy's love for this product started when she was looking for the very best product to use for her baby. The Shea Butter is so pure that it is even edible for your child. It nourishes and heals. It's organic and consists of only one ingredient, without any additives.

SHEA BUTTER DURING PREGNANCY

Using the Shea Butter during pregnancy helps to prevent stretch marks and at the same time is a nice way to make contact with your little one, by massaging yourself and your baby with it. With a clear conscience, since you know that what you're putting on your skin is of the purest quality! At the end of your pregnancy you can use the Shea Butter as a perineum massage cream/oil.
