RETURNS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days (provided it meets the conditions mentioned below). Please register your return in our Returns Portal. If case you opt for a voucher instead of a refund when registering your return, we'll provide you with a free return label! (please note: you will receive the voucher after receipt and processing of your return).
We will process your return within 14 days after receipt. In case you wish to receive the same product in another size or colour, please order it online.
Please note: the costs and risks of returns are for your own account. If you're returning an order from outside the EU, mark the products as returned goods with 0 USD/EUR customs value. Otherwise we will be charged for the return and therefore cannot accept it.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- The product is still in its original packaging with all tags attached;
- The product is unworn and unwashed;
- Uou did not try to repair a defect yourself;
- The return parcel is sufficiently stamped.
If the return and/or product doesn't meet the conditions above, we cannot accept your return. The parcel will then be send back to you at your own expense.
